There is an error in Table 5, page 983. The values of C-reactive protein for the 50th and 75th percentile should be as follows: 50th percentile CRP, 9.8 mg/1 and not 3.8 mg/1; 75th percentile CRP, 24.7 mg/1 and not 54.7 mg/1. All the other values given in this table are correct.
