Dear Sir,

Congratulations. It is a great pleasure to know that our new solutions work very well also in other hands and in other centres. We agree that more studies should be conducted to investigate the survival, fertilization, cleavage and pregnancy rates. At present we can confirm a very good survival (78%) fertilization (71%) and cleavage (84%) in a very large group of cycles (118).

The timing of ICSI after thawing has not been specified in the article, however, we inseminate the oocytes 3 h after thawing.
