Data from the TREC Genomics Track is
available for research puropses. The data for each year is
described on pages for each year of the track:
The documents in the test collection are protected by a data use
agreement. If you wish to obtain the data for research purposes, please
complete the Organization
Application to use the Genomics Information Retrieval Text Research
Collection form and fax it to Lori Buckland, NIST, fax number:
301-975-5287. Include a cover sheet that contains:
- Request for TREC Genomics document set(s)
- Your organization name
- Your email address
The login/password will be sent to you. Please retain the Individual Application
to use the Genomics Information Retrieval Text Research Collection
form for your records.
